Mixing Instructions: For an average application place 4 level scoops of powder into a non-metallic bowl and mix with 4 osz to 5 osz of developer, blend until creamy smooth. Use liquid or cream developer 10-30 volume depending on the degree of lightening desired. Use 10 volume cream on relaxed, permed or porous hair. Check development regularly until you achieve level of decoloration. Do not shampoo hair before application. Shampoo thoroughly after application.
