We offer flat rate shipping for most orders, except oversized items. We will confirm with you if the shipping cost exceeds our published rates.

Please note that we are a CANADIAN company and all products are shipped from our Canadian location. The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs either our shipper (ex. UPS) or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. Any shipments refused/returned to us will be refunded upon return with all shipping costs deducted.
All products sold are covered by manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise.
Warranty periods are calculated from your original date of purchase. Receiving our replacement warranty item at a later date does not extend your warranty.
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 1-2 working day, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays (we observe statutory holidays in Canada).
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. By default we use postal services, if you would like to use another carrier like UPS, Purolator or FedEx to ship your orders, please send us a request and we will get you the approximate costs. We ship all our products from Surrey, B.C., Canada.
- Usually, the delivery time is 1 to 7 business days after shipping to a Canadian address, plus 1-2 business days to process the order.
- Usually, the delivery time is 6 to 12 business days to a USA address, plus 1-2 business days to process the order.
- Usually, the delivery time is 6 to 12 business days internationally, plus 1-2 business days to process the order.
- Standard shipping time is estimate only and it's not guaranteed. The actual delivery time may be vary depending on the destination.
Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage to any product purchased at JEM Beauty Supply will effectively void warranty coverage. We will return any physically damaged item back to the customer at the customer's expense.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds/exchange after 30 days.

Occasional inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a condition that we can in good faith sell to a customer. In that instance we will refund your credit/debit card for the item, along with any applicable tax fees and shipping charges. An automated email will also be sent to you to alert you of the situation.
We will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped (except when an APO/FPO is the shipping destination). You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our website.
Return & Exchange
Absolutely no return or exchange on chemical (i.e., polish, lotion, gel etc.), electrical (i.e., clipper, flat iron, light bulbs etc.), hygienic products (i.e. files, scissors, nippers, lashes, Hair items etc.), and all furniture items. Return or exchange can ONLY be accepted for unopened/unused products in original factory sealed packaging. Absolutely no returns on non-sealed items. All return and exchange will only be processed with approved RMA request. If RMA is approved by us, please ship it back(in original factory sealed packaging) to the following address along with your invoice and a brief note within 30 days from the date of your purchase.

Return shipping is not refundable and is at the sole cost of the customer. For all orders with either paid shipping or free shipping, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the full order amount.
For USA/International customers: please declare the package as Return Product with a value less than $20; otherwise there will be extra Canadian tax/duty.
We will process your return/exchange within 2 business days after receiving your return. We will issue credit to your original credit card account (credit card order) or send you a check (order with check or money order) if there is a balance.
In the case of shipping damages, please contact our customer service department to make a claim.
Please use a registered mail, or a trackable shipping method, and prepay the shipping cost to ship back the package. If your account is not credited within a reasonable time, please contact our customer service department.
